In order to reduce the income necessary to live in Mexico with an Imigrado Rentista status, you are required to own property in Mexico.

As well, you still have to prove and guarantee that you will receive the approximate amount of $25,000 pesos per month from overseas to live here in order to obtain the Imigrado Rentista status either with your Pension confirmation or home ownership.
