I was at INM?s office yesterday and they gave me the load down on the new requirements, fines, etc. I would like to offer a brief description to the foreign community about the new laws, requirements, reasons for the fines and clarify some of the changes that are still in the works. Hopefully we can accomplish this in one or two weeks.

I?d like to hear exactly what happened to him/her to see if I can be of any assistance. The folks in Le?n are very helpful to me in dealing with every individual situation. I have commited to translate ALL the "formatos" into English in order to facilitate better communication among those who are having difficulties in getting the appropriate documentation together BEFORE filing and/or paying the wrong fees or fines.
