Thanks for the good info. I've been trying daily for over a week to make an appointment. Apparently the only way to make an appointment is online with Mexitel Citas. The website has not been functioning.
Phone calls and emails to the Laredo consulate go unanswered. Did you have difficulty? How did you make the appointment? Saludos, Doyle |
