RE: Temporary Residency Visa recent experience?
Doyle, i started the process in Laredo,Tx a week ago.I was approved and got the canje stamp the same day.I find the website for Sonia Diaz in san miguel very helpful, its soniadiaz.mx. She responds quickly to any questions. She is handling it for me now and charges a total of 6500pesos( 4000 for the visa, and 2500 for her service) i met her a few days ago in s miguel, gave her photos and paid in advance. I will give my fingerprints in mid january and get the visa a few weeks after that( between 8 and 10 weeks total) Income requirements are 1400usd month or savings of 22,000usd. I suggest staying at the Rialto Hotel a few blocks from the consulate.Sonia can book an appt for you, she is great
Good luck Doyle |
