http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Civil_SMA/ at bottom of page is an email to subscribe. This outfit is extremely active with probably 25 postings a day. You have the option of asking for grouped postings instead of receiving maybe 25 emails. Even with the grouped posting is get several messages a day. It's a valuable formum. --Doyle
