Please - where is the telmex office - I think I have it somewhere out near the Santa Fe Glorieta? Near the Gran Plaza Hotel? But on which side of the road, north or south bound?

From the Centro, take any bus marked "Central de Autobuses". You get off BEFORE the Glorieta Santa Fe. There are two pedestrian bridges over the road that the bus travels; you want the second one. It's painted blue and white. When you get off the bus, keep walking in the same direction and you will find TelMex on the right, not far after the bridge. It is a non-descript white building with the logo on the side, and it is designed for vehicle approach. So, you have to walk down the driveway and go to the BACK of the building to get in from a parking lot.

To return to the Centro, go back to the pedestrian bridge and cross over to the other side. There is a bus stop under the bridge.
