New charge on Telmex bill I don't understand

On our latest Telmex bill, we were charged 39 pesos for "inbursa integral." I don't have a clue what this is and I didn't knowingly sign up for anything (although I do get annoying calls fr9m Telmex periodically. I usually try to ignore them, since I figure any change would have to be in writing). Any ideas?

Seguros Inbursa is some kind of insurance. One of those calls must have been from them. Tons of people are pissed about it. You are supposed to agree to it but most people never agree but still get charged. The only solution I see is to call Telmex and complain.
