tech/internet repair person

Can anyone recommend a tech repair person? Rats chewed through some internet connection wires months ago, and supposedly it was fixed, according to my landlady, but my connection has been very spotty ever since. Phone calls (my phone connects via wifi) constantly drop--literally cannot have a conversation, computer connection on and off--cannot watch live conferences. Very frustrating.

For 11 years we have relied on Augustine Hernandez for all tech issues. His main job is programming the robots used in auto production at area plants but he moonlights for projects such as you describe.
