City of Guanajuato has 2 confirmed cases of La Corona. Do you know
of a way to get more info, such as how it was transmitted and how
many other people might be contaminated.

"How it was transmitted" is generally impossible to know. A doorknob? A sneeze? No one knows that stuff. It's like diarrhea in that respect: you might think you know how and where you got it, but you can rarely be certain.

"How many other people might be contaminated" can't be known unless you know how it was transmitted. See above.

Finally, if you want to investigate further, it may help to use the correct words. In Spanish, the coronavirus is "el coronavirus." No one calls it "La Corona."
