Please be VERY careful, I have ben told by many people that accountants in GTO do not have any regulatory standards and they are not held responsible for their work. I had one accountant quote $3,500 pesos a month ($42,000 annually) to file "0" assets, sales, etc. for a nonprofit. She also wanted a computer that could never be used by anyone else, $4,750 pesos (one time) for software and a room of her own one week a month. Another accountant asked for only $1,500 pesos a month for the same "0" filing (no computer, no software, no office). I found a nonprofit getting the same work done for $300 pesos a month.

Let the buyer beware.
