RE: Invaluable Info on Expired Temporary Vehicle Permit
This is good info - but it took a little time to find it on the GuriGuri site.
Its right in front of you however - the main panel where you see the Tequila story look to its bottom right and clicik Button #2. Wow another gto classifieds site - this one seems pretty well established. Aduana's Articulo 106 is the law that governs temporary vehicle importation. I keep a copy of it along with my FM2 and passport copies in my glove compartment. It comes in handy when say you're stopped and the cop is looking for something to hang on you. Once a GTO transito was trying to get me on my 'expired' permit [4 or 5 years expired] so I pulled out my 106 and said 'read this' and off I went. You can find 106 in Spanish and translated on Rolly Brooks' site http://rollybrook.com/article_106.htm |
