Claro TV "free" from TelMex HELP
Do you have a minute to tell me whether it is really free?
Or asked another way, what part of it is free to watch? It looks like some of the content is free and that you pay per movie. ??? Well, i may as well admit it... i'm registered but can't figure out how to find Claro using my SmartTv. |

RE: Claro TV "free" from TelMex HELP
I signed up a few months ago and so far nothing has appeared on my bill so it does seem to be free. I read that it was free for 12 months and then 69 pesos after that. It is pretty clear when you are on what content costs extra (marked PPE). I have only used Netflix and ClaroVideo on my SmartTV and I will say Claro does not connect as well for some reason. The signal definitely drops on occasion. As for finding it... I don't know. i'm pretty sure my SmartTV already had the app on it.

RE: Claro TV "free" from TelMex HELP
My Vizio smart tv has a Yahoo "operating system".
I could not find Claro Tv available. Claro tech support told me to do the following: On the controller go to Menu, find the App Store and download the Claro App. Only problem was that the Claro App was just not there in the Yahoo store. I called Claro again and was told that even though Claro Tv is advertised as free i should have rented a decoder from TelMex. Without the decoder there is no way to download the Claro app to watch "free" Claro content. It may be that the brand of Smart TV you buy from TelMex does not require a decoder but Vizio brand definitely does. |
