Apartment/Room/Hotel???

Here is my first thread since i signed up several months ago. To anyone around La Presa, I have a situation which i hope someone could help with either a better course of action.
My wife and I were planning to go to GTO for the Cervantino 11/4 -- 11/8. So we book a place with Bill (which we always do). Well this year we are adding some more last minute folk?s t our trip. Brother-in-law and fianc?e, which we did find a place for them across from Bill's place.
Our problem is now we need a place big enough for our two small boys (5&7) and my mother-in-law. To make matters worse my sister and her husband are coming..
We are in trouble, we want to stay close to each other, need to have a two bed room home/apartment close to Calle San Juan de Dios.
Plan:
Bills Place: Sister and husband (2 max)
Don?s Place: Brother-in-law and Fiancee (2 max)
????? Need a place for 3 adults and 2 children. (5)
Please help

My last choice would be Quinta Las Acacias.

There is an old colonial stye house across fromthe tunnel and next to the Esculea Normal. The lady there has some private rooms surrounding a nice courtyard. I see her every 2-3 days and ask and then get back to you
