two more requests: yoga and/or pilates classes? English/Spanish conversation groups

Two more requests:
Does anyone know if the yoga/pilates classes are happening and if so, where and when they are located?
I would also like to participate in a Spanish/English conversation group. In previous years, women have met in either at VIPS or in Embajadero. Are they still happening? THANKS!

I moved away from GTO last July (but will be back for a visit soon). I took pilates and yoga classes on the roof at Casa Cuatro and as far as I know the classes are still happening there. Pilates on T/TH at 9am. Yoga T/TH at 10am and F at 9am. Mas o menos. I would go by there to double check on days and times

I just got back from Pilates class at Casa Cuatro. In addition to the times already mentioned they are also every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.

There are two English/Spanish "intercambios" each week: at the Embajadores Hotel restaurant (outside in the garden) on Mondays at noon (from noon to 1:00 p.m.) and on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. to noon at the Rincon de Fausto restaurant located off of the Jardin de la Reforma near the Mercado Hidalgo.
