ATM in town that dispenses USD

Does anyone know of an ATM in town that will give US dollars?

Take pesos from a bank atm, step to the teller and have them changed in US$. Easy.

I do not know how "easy" it is as I know it is almost an act of congress exchanging dollars to pesos at the bank.
Need a passport, be there at certain hours (one 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM) & only a limited amount will be exchanged. Some banks will not do this at all.
Hopefully pesos to dollars is easier,

There is one at Pozuelos Plaza just as you enter on the 2nd floor on the left hand side. Haven't used it for USD but there was tat option when I used it once.

I believe you need to have a USD account in that bank to start with and also that you may have to be a Mexican national to open such account.
