Introduction to the Alexander Technique-Saturday, May 9th

Just wanted to let everyone know about a very interesting course taking place at Casa Cuatro on May 9th: an Introduction to the Alexander Technique. The Alexander Technique is an education in body use that helps with any kind of pain, stress, insomnia, migraines, digestive health, nerves, posture, etc. Two teachers from Mexico City will come to Guanajuato to do a full day of classes- first a group workshop from 10-11.30 am in Casa Cuatro, and then individual sessions all day Saturday and a few Sunday in my house in Marfil.

Group class+individual class= 480 pesos (the best option to get the most benefits)
Individual class=400 pesos
Group class=160 pesos

Reserve a spot by making a deposit of at least half to me (call me for my account number) or just show up Saturday- 20 persons maximum.
