City and mountain views from the rooftop terrace. This house is fully furnished and equipped and comes with WiFi, phone, and washing machine. Prefer six months to one year contract. Available May 1st, 2015. References required. Monthly rent is $525 U.S. Plus utilities for the whole house. (Optional Share) $475 U.S. Plus utilities. (You get only two bedrooms instead of three.
