Room for rent! - Low price.

From January 2021 forward I will be leaving the room I'm renting because of an agreement I reached with the owner. The house is quite cozy, with wooden rooftop and family friendly. Plus it has a garage for a vehicle. There are local tienditas near by where you may buy fresh produce or convenience store products. The view is beautiful, it's up high in the hill.

Description. two story house, the room for rent is upstairs. There is a garden and garage. The place is partially furnished with the following.
Kitchen area: fridge, table w/four chairs, kitchen counter, cabinet, two dish holders, sink and faucet.
Bedroom: queen size bed, cabinet, built in closet.
One full bathroom with hot water.

Price: $200 USD a month.

The price is low due to occasional loud music from surrounding neighbors. Renters may call police to address this problem if it becomes an issue.

Other than that the place is peaceful.

People in the surrounding area will not bother renters.

It is however recommended renters be nice and greet their neighbors.
