Anyone Know of a Shuttle Service to MEX?

We are looking for a shuttle service or a private van from GTO to the airport in Mexico City in December. Two adults, two service dogs, and about eight large suitcases. Has anyone seen such a service in GTO?

Due to "The Duck" helping us, we purchased Don a portable oxygen tank near Glorita Santa Fe. We rented an enormous tank for his bedroom at the same place that they delivered. Thank you Bill!

We had a reservation to fly MEX to MIA (sea level Miami) to GYE (sea level Guayaquil, Ecuador) on January 5, 2014. I was shocked to learn that we cannot take the portable tank to Ecuador with us! July 22, 2013, American Airlines made a rule that no more empty or full oxygen tanks can be brought on board. Due to that rule not being publicized on their website, they cancelled our reservations without fines as Mexico City is at 8,000 ft.

The flight is four times longer from Leon to Ecuador as opposed to D.F. to Ecuador. Therefore, we are seeking a way that Don could use the portable oxygen until boarding the plane in MEX, and not have to abandon the oxygen tank in the airport (possibly causing an international incident!). There seems no other solution than to hire a van to take us to D.F. and bring the tank back to GTO. We also need to transport two service dogs. We have several letters from medical people and the Veteran's Center, but the Mexico busses often do not allow any service animal on board. Airplanes landing in the USA have to honor those service animals.

Yes, we know that we can buy a large electric air converter ($13,000) to take on the airplane, if we have the specific medical documentation for that specific item. However, we'd have to pay an additional $200 in baggage fees to bring it along and it would not work in a bus or in a van.

Any feedback is appreciated.
