recent tourist card experience and other questions

1. Have you recently entered Mexico by land and got a tourist permit FMM using the "new" U.S. passport card (instead of the passport booklet)? Any particular hassles?

2. Have you recently had your passport booklet renewed at the consulate in SMA? Do you have a record of how many days it took to receive it at Pegaso?

3. Have you recently left Mexico by land and had to pay a fine for staying more than 180 days? How much did the fine cost you?

4. Depending on the answers to these questions i will be driving to Laredo about the end of May. If you need to go let me know.
