Amigos,
As one of several possibilities i now consider a return to Guanajuato for at least 6 months. At this time i plan to keep my apartment in Austin and therefore would like minimal rental payment in GTO. A very small apartment would do the trick. If you hear of anything available for January 1 please let me know. Of course i hope for quiet and nearness to el centro but will consider just about anything economical. Will probably not bring my vehicle so garage or parking will not be needed. It would be nice to have included just a little space for creative endeavors. Hmmm... anyone want to think about a 6-months trade-out if you need to be in Austin for a while? --Phillips |
