Any Ex Pats Interested in a Skype Video Chat?

I'm planning on being in Guanajuato City Feb 1 to April 30. I won't be working, just "hanging out" and enjoying the culture and sights. I'm not easily made scared by the "crime" news, etc. But I would like to chat with someone who knows the city well about best and safest places to live, places to go, etc. I think it'd be a lot easier and more productive to do it this way versus getting answers via this forum.
