Sorry to hear of this slow service (and hoping the contents were unbroken). In my experiences, the delivery agencies such as DHL, FedEx etc have always been on time both inside México and outside the country. Do you have a tracking number and history that might show where your delay occurred?
I can say one thing for sure: never ever risk using the national postal service of México, most especially if you have something sent to México from a foreign country. |
