I was one of FIVE that has been unable to withdraw cash for the past two days, from any bank. I called my Credit Union in Vancouver and was informed that Mexico is having problems with their ATM server which happens more than we know. They "refreshed" my card, but still nothing works. So, perhaps friloles,and tortillas must do till they get their act together!
