Getting pesos at ATM

Which bank ATMs will accept a US debit card to get pesos?

I've been told if you have a Bank of America card to use Santander ATMs. It might be good to contact your bank, but I'm not sure since I haven't made the trip yet.

All will however I and others have had problems at Banamex using ATM cards with chips in them. No problems at any other bank.

CI bank on plaza la paz only charges 17 pesos as does the Caja Popular on tepetapa

Bank of America formerly owned a minority share in Santander, but sold it during the 2009 financial crisis. BoA continues to allow use of their cards in Santander ATMs without a bank transaction fee by either bank. There can still be a separate Visa 3% international transaction fee.
