You have two choices, satellite and cellular, but I wouldn't expect either to be high speed, in the day and age of Telmex Infinitum offering 20mbps.

I was shown a satellite system in operation in Santa Rosa outside of Guanajuato. It was slow in my book. If I remember correctly it was 900/370. Not even 1mbps.

I would investigate cellular reception at your ranch first, as it is much cheaper to set up, even with cellular antennas and amplifiers, compared to satellite. Use your cell phone, find out what company's signal is reaching your ranch, buy a cellular internet dongle. All of these are cheap to investigate.
