I am getting very low on blood glucose test strips. I will be in GTO for another month. I need OneTouch Verio strips and so far the only ones I’ve found are OneTouch Ultra which don’t fit my glucometer. I’ve been to 6 pharmacies and Soriano in GTO city and today I will try the Soriano Mega on the road to Valenciana. If no success there, I’ll try whichever Walmart has the largest pharmacy. If that fails, where else do I go….SMA or León? Any ideas?

Diabetes test strips / meters here are limited compared to NOB. I second the Mercado Libre suggestion, but would also suggest Amazon.com.mx

If you are hitting Soriana in San Javier, give Farmacia Guadalajara a try too. They sometimes carry things others don’t and they are a big chain.

If Farmacia Guadalajara doesn't have them, you can try Farmacias Especialidzadas in León, either online or by phone. They do make deliveries to Guanajuato at least once a week.

Thanks for everyone’s help. There NO strips I need in GTO. Not the 6 I went to yesterday nor Soriano nor Farmacia Guadalajara. I have enough to test once a day, so I’m not going to take a bus to Leon but I will try the online options you have referred me to. Not Amazon, the evil empire, but the others. We’ll mercado libre DOES have them but only in package of 12 vials of 30 strips each for $100 US total. That’s about a 4-6 month supply, so I think I’ll just ration what I’ve got left. Thanks all. Bill
