Septic System

We are looking at a piece of property that will require the installation of a septic system. Has anyone on here had to do this and is there anyone you could recommend for the job?

We are just installing an Eco septic system next week (no paper). I will let you know in a few weeks what we think of the job done and the system.

That would be great! Thanks very much. If you could give me a ball park on what it cost as well that would help us budget. ( I realize there will be differences depending on the site etc)

I am actually selling a lot that requires a septic or a pump 159 sq/mts 150,000 pesos just off the panoramica above the castle. I know that several people up there have something like a septic there are no leach lines involved. I actually looked in one that had been in use for 5 years and it was like empty, it is best if none of your grey water goes in there. This person had his designed by an engineering student at the University got the design approved by SIMPAG and which allowed him to get a water hook up.

Yes I should of mentioned that also our grey water is not going into septic tank. We have a different system for that. We bought 5 person Eco tank and it was under $7000 pesos from Home Depot.
