We just opened a real estate office just across the street from VIPS Restaurant. We are a bi-cultural couple (American/Mexican - native of Guanajuato) who have been selling and rehabbing properties in Guanajuato for foreigners for several years now. After a great deal of urging from clients, we finally opened an office. We're open 9-3 pm Monday through Saturday. The woman in the office (Martha) speaks very little English, although she is very motivated to learn. Strictly English-speakers can come on Mondays and Wednesdays as we plan to have an English speaker in there at that time. Duck, what is Fernando asking per m2? Great place to put a hotel.

Also, I wonder how much the State Gto Goverment paid for that property...You have to now ask permission from both city and state when titling property for the first time, but all one must argue and stick to the article 84 of the Ley Agraria, in case the gov officiales like your property.
