Psychologist/Therapist in Guanajuato?

Does anyone know of a mental health provider living in the state of Guanajuato who happens to be licensed in California? And qualified to supervise?

Yes, there is a "psychiatrist/psychologist" from up North who lives here in GTO, but the person is more disturbed than most of the Yahoos who live here.

The so-called "psychiatric" community, has been, for hundreds of years, notorious for committing barbarous abuses against "patients", such as:
Psycho-surgery, electroshock "therapy", CIA controlled experiments with hundreds of mind-bending drugs, erasure of memory and much much more. All conducted under the guise of "curing" individuals from mild problems. Today, we have so many "therapeutic" prescribed drugs authorized by the FDA, rich pharmeceutical companies and heads of national and international "psychiatric" organizations that abuse them regularly, and even cause serious harm to many children and adults on a regular basis.

The rational and careful person would do well to seek many referrals about, and investigate any so-called "therapist" and the possible drugs or techniques they might employ to "heal" a person.

I must have misunderstood the original post. I'd thought Nadia was interested in finding "a mental health provider living in the state of Guanajuato who happens to be licensed in California." I missed the part where she asked for gratuitous, half-baked ranting about historical psychiatric abuses.

To put it plainly: I think when someone asks for help, one ought to provide it when possible. And when not possible, one ought to STFU.

Don, I'm sorry if you're not very intelligent nor educated about these subjects. Maybe you should seek help from "whatever" if, in your ignorance, you'd think it could "help" you. Doubtful though.

Have to send this to my dear wife who earned a PHD in Clinical Psychology in California who now runs two recovery centers. One for post natal women with addiction problems & one for drugged addicted woman with up to 3 under age 12 kids.
These both are 12 month live in programs.
She has "graduated dozens & dozens of women including 2 who went on to be physicians. A number of others earned college degrees & most of the others are now contributing members of society.
So please do not paint too broad a brush when expressing your prejudices.
PS Psychologists are not allowed to prescribe drugs.

cam00 your opinions on mental therapy were rude and disrespectful to the poster. She was asking a question, looking for a person to help her. Whether you agree with this line of help or not is your own business and you are entitled to it. However, in no way did it address the inquiry of the original post. As Don said, STFU
