sausage samples and appetizers

There is a Gelataria across the street from VIPS near hotel Molina del Rey. It is run by a very nice young Italian man named Antonio. They have outstanding home made pasta made from scratch they also have great Gelato. Apparently tonight at 8 they are offering some samples of Italian sausage that will soon be available for sale and appetizers

Wonder what happened to my buddy Luigi, the Brick Oven Pizza Italian fella who had a forno back in 2008...he had some unique cuisine, he used to be in front of the Holiday Inn...dove sei Luigi...

Ah, Il forno di Luigi great reviews from 7 years ago bring back great memories of Luigi's cuisine, atmosphere and personality. Last I knew Gabriela got an accounting job and Luigi and restaurant followed to Guadalajara.

I bought a kilo of Antonios most recent sausage and found it to be quite nice it had all the right spices. Not really a complaint but what was different to what I am used to is it seems all the seeds and spices were pulverized. I'll buy more the meat seemed very fresh and of high quality had some straight a few days ago and in spaghetti last night.
