Bus Travel
We will travel from Guanajuato to Queretaro.
* What is the best bus company (first class) for this trip? * Can we buy tickets in the town center or will we have to go to the bus depot to buy tickets. (I'm leery of buying them online.) * Is there a local bus that we can take to get to the bus depot? Thanks in Advance!

My two cents: Taxi to the bus terminal - quicker than a local bus and not that much more expensive. You can buy Primera Plus tickets at an OXXO, and there are (at least were) a couple of places in the centro that sell tickets -- one in the atrium by Cafe Atrio, and one near the catedral, on the south side of the street. I buy the day before just to avoid waiting in case a bus is full. During my recent trip to Morelia/Aguascalientes I bought tickets at OXXO. OXXO gets a very small commission (one per cent ???)but it is more than worth it, IMO.
