Dentist recommendation for implants?? in Gto or within an hour

Hello all,
I have a friend with tons of dental trouble and she needs a few good implants done, hoping to do them here in Gto or somewhere close. I've had a couple recommendations, but ideally am looking to talk to someone that has had implants done specifically, and get a recommendation for an experienced dentist.

If no one has had implants, then just your best dentist recommendation.

There are directions to Dr. Nieto in the older forum post, but they aren't very accurate. I live close by and just walked by his office the other day -- It's just off of the Pipila Panoramica. From the Pipila statue (facing the street), go left and walk approximately 800 feet to the first street, which will be on your right. Turn right, and Dr. Nieto's office is just up a slight hill on the right. Contact Doctor Bastien he is the best with the latest top of the line equipment. Plus there is parking. He speaks English.

He has patients that fly in from the USA for dental service, that is how well his reputation and service are. My business partner recently flew in from Texas for some gold plated implants. I have also been going here for more than a decade.
