Rural Family In Their New Home - Thank YOU!

Last night was very emotional as the family came by to say "Thank You" one more time. In the photos our tiny female poodle "stood in" for Samantha - the social butterfly who has been staying with cousins most of the summer.

Thank you all for making this house possible. After the rains have ended and they are all settled (our storage trailer is filled with donations to them!) we will have a BIG celebration here. You will all be invited.

Oddly, Rocio and I feel that powers outside ourselves caused that fire to happen so that we nine people and nine dogs had the amazing opportunity to become an extended family. We have grown so close to them. From Feb 18th to August 11th we gathered into our hearts a dear family. Because of your help, we have created a legacy of genuine love across man-made borders.

May each of you be equally blessed. May your life's tragedies be turned into joy.
