RE: IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
About 18 months ago we bought a double wide on a street in Texas in the Hill Country. If it were where you could walk everywhere, or take a taxi, or a city bus, we would be there 24/7 as the area has lakes, rivers, and is really beautiful. Most importantly, the neighbors look out for each other, and none of us have ever had any problem; the safest place we have ever lived. We walk every day (when we are there) the 1.3 miles to the Colorado River and then back. Sure, there are hot days, cold days, and Beautiful days and bluebonnets, etc. Just can't walk to shop, go to the theatre, go to doctors, etc., need a car. :( Every place has its good and bad. So many choices !
