seeking home rental for December 2013 through March 2014

My husband and I just spent 4 months in Guanajuato and will be returning next year. We have a place for October and November but are still looking for a rental for December 2013 through March 2014. Our ideal place would be $800 U.S. or less per month, have a main bedroom with a queen size or larger bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace or outdoor space with shade and somewhere comfortable to sit, have a second private bedroom with comfortable beds for guests, and be within walking distance (25 min.) of the downtown (el centro). Ideally, we would prefer not to be way up on the level of the Panoramica but we do not mind stairs or being on a callejon.

These are our ideal requirements but we can be flexible as long as at least some of the requirements are satisfied. If you have information about a rental for us, please let us know as soon as possible at elaine.elrod@telus.net.
