Amigos de los Animales annual fundraiser
Dear friends,
In mid-February, Amigos will hold its 12th annual fundraiser, which will include a raffle and a silent auction. As usual, we are soliciting donations of attractive items and services that can be raffled or sold during the event. Please consider donating something of value for this cause. It could be a piece of jewelry, a handicraft, an antique, a painting, photograph or print (framed and ready for hanging), an item of fine clothing, a bottle of wine or liqueur, a gourmet food item, a cooking lesson, a meal prepared by you, a professional service (for example, language lessons, a treatment or therapy, a financial review), a tour, a concert or recital, small appliances, kitchenware, tools, art books--the possibilities are endless, so feel free to use your imagination. Please contact one of us by January 31 if you would like to donate something for the auction or raffle. Raffle items should have wide appeal and a value of at least 150 pesos. Auction items can have a more limited appeal but should have a value of at least 150 pesos. Our deadline for the actual donations is February 5. Your donation will be acknowledged at the event unless you prefer it to be anonymous. We look forward to hearing from you!
