Thanks for you concern and help about my crazy situation.
Would you please send out an email asking if anyone is or knows of anyone who will be flying down this next weekend?
I have been asked to play principal trumpet with the orchestra in Monterrey next week and I think I may be able to borrow the instruments I need from people in the Dallas area. I'm also asking around Mexico. I'll let you know what I find out.
