Vote From Abroad - how to register
1) Many states now require voters from abroad to register every year. You should be able to find out if you are registered for the November 6th election online at http://www.fvap.gov/vao/guide.html . If you can?t confirm that you are registered, you should register again. There is no downside in doing that.
2) An FPCA (Federal Post Card Application) is the form you use to register to vote and to request your absentee ballot. In order to make sure your FPCA is received by your local registrar of voters with time to spare, we encourage you to fill out and return your FPCA no later than Oct. 1 (We also encourage you to request an FWAB (Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot as a back-up plan.) 3) The easiest way to re-register in any of the 50 states of the union is by going to: www.votefromabroad.org. This website has been designed to make re-registering simple, and it has built-in "Helpful Hints" when you are not sure about a piece of information that is being requested. If you still have a question, we have set up a special email address, votefromsanmiguel@gmail.com , and we have volunteers who are able to assist you. People are dying all over the world for the right to vote, so live it up, VOTE!
