Hi, Have you found your "long term rental" yet? If not, we may be of assistance. We have two apartments that will be ready for occupancy in June. Each is a furnished one bedroom, full bath, living/dining area, and kitchen. These are new construction. Location: on the Panoramica + Callejon Espinazo. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the Pipila, take the Funicular, and you're at Teatro Juarez & the Jardin! We like to walk down the Callejon Espinazo to Embajadoras. It's not a long walk that way to the Centro. The bus stops on the Panoramica in front of the house, too. ...There is also the possibility of renting both apartments as there is a connecting door which locks from both sides. The views are very nice. The apartment above is currently rented until September. It is three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, large living & dining areas...very open floor plan. Wonderful views of the Bufa, Embajadoras, and the mountains. The sunrises are pectacular and watching the city lights twinkle is awesome. All apartments have outdoor living space: balconies, patios, garden or a combination. The upper apartment has a stackable washer & dryer. The downstairs apartments share a washer.
