We are wanting to live in Guanajuato next Feb. 2013 for the whole month. Is there hiking and mountain biking trails in the hills around Guanajuato? Is there a better part of the city to be located in to access these areas.
I realize hiking and biking trails are very different here as opposed to Canada. From what we have done in the past it tends to be a combination of roads and trails getting to different farmer fields.
We are also looking for a pet friendly house to rent. In the $1000-$1400 range. It would have to have high speed internet at a minimum. Would also like Canadian satelitte TV, but not necessary.

We live in Santa Rosa (a 10 minute drive up the mountain from GTO). The hiking and mountain biking here is superb! It can be cold and possibly windy here in February (as compared to Guanajuato proper), but not always. We live here only part time and are not here in February. We do not have high speed internet.
