Earthquake Saturday night in Mexico

There was a 6.5 earthquake Saturday evening, about 45 minutes south of Taxco, in the state of Guerrero. My friend who lives in Taxco called me because the whole city lost power and internet for over 3 hours. All is well there now. The earthquake was felt from Mexico City all the way down to Acapulco; buildings shook in both cities. Nothing on CNNE news right now, so I don't think there were imajor njuries or damages.

I'm so glad to be living here in Guanajuato in this earthquake-free zone, and here on GTOLIST, where I am just finding my way around. Looks like there's lots of great information, and I'm looking forward to being here....rather than ....there!
