Hi Rosa - I've never seen or heard of a bus route map but if one exists you should be able to find it at the office of Transporte Urbano de Guanajuato - San Clemente 23, Guanajuato Centro, Guanajuato - 01 473 732 6945
To get there assuming you know where the Dos Rios is - take a right [i.e. do not continue to San Javier]. About 3-5 minutes up it has a fork going off to the right but keep going straight. Just before you come to the San Clemente Glorieta you'll see the small Passenger Info Office on the right. If they don't have a map maybe they'll think about making one.
