does amazon deliver to mexico?

I just got stuff from Amazon shipped to Comgateway and it has only taken 2 days once it had all arrived, you can get quotes for their shipping prices from their website before you commit and a few deals when you first sign up valid for 30days. It was cheaper then direct from Amazon which would have been over $250 for postage this way it was free postage to them and then $120ish here.
I have however been stung with 30% tax! It is arriving this afternoon so I'm hoping to get some of the tax back but they called my house owner yesterday to confirm the money so I've had to pay up.
