My reaction was the same, Jennifer. Perhaps the press release arrived at the USA Today offices on a slow news day.
In a similar vein, I keep hearing about all the surveillance cameras that have been installed in downtown Guanajuato. But no one seems able to point them out to me. Don Coulter |
