Assuming you are using a VOIP ATA adapter like the Linksys PAP2 . Callcentric is great. I have been using them for 4-5 years -almost trouble free ( 6 months ago they suffered an agressive and serious DDOS attack for a few weeks but they were very communicative and had daily fixes in place until the entire problem was resolved.

Free voice mail and a US number for free incoming calls as well WEBSITE HERE

PAP2 not necessasry You can also use "softphone" i.e. computer with headset and mic

Looking at your VOIPo website - they look very expensive. On Callcentric I use the free [prepaid] plan adding $5 via PayPal whenever I have to top up. Calls to most of the world are 2c or less - we call Thailand for hours each month. Its just under 2c. On VOIPo they want 7c
