anyone have this voice-over telephone technology problem?
About a year ago, we switched from Vonage to VOIPo (voipo.com) because it was cheaper. Right now it's not working-- for three days, I do get a dial tone, but no matter who I call, I get an automatic busy signal. Called the customer service people, and they agree it's not connecting with their server, but they can't figure out where the problem is, either. My questions:
1. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? 2. If not, do you have a foolproof, problem-free voice over telephone company you're happy with, that you'd recommend? louisarogers7@yahoo.com |
