RE: E-mail sent to heads of US Embassy, Gobernaci?n, and INM
This is unlikely to be perfect, but it will help:
Given the enormous and complex challenges that the general public and professional managers we face every time we visit the offices at your worthy charge, and the constant changes suggested, approved but not yet implemented, printed or published in their websites, we want to respectfully request of you, a brief exchange either by phone, email, video Skype, or a personal audience with the best person we can support a level of power and authority to resolve the challenges to which we had to face recently. The purpose of our petition is to request your expert professional support so that we can both serve the public guidance, counseling and informed recommendations based on current facts and true. We would be very grateful if you could include daily updated pages where we were given the opportunity to offer our opinion to give us all an opportunity to review and consider the enormous socio-economic impact that these changes represent the public and professional managers who try to serve you, our customers and the general public. We are aware of the limitations and challenges we face to provide the public, (you as legislators and we as professional managers) the best service we can offer. In our opinion, not unreasonable to ask them to consider new laws and regulations that propose to implement are fair, clear and in writing in order to serve everyone better. My name is Martha Eugenia Burgos Loyo (Widow of Roberts). I proudly binational, bicultural and bilingual. Enclosed is my personal description, the servant of my career in the private sector, but especially, my experience serving the public in three countries. In the United Mexican States (Mexico City and Guanajuato), in the U.S., (mostly in Washington, DC) and in Caracas, Venezuela. Based on my experience and my desire to serve our communities, I plan to advocate for them who desperately need our guidance and support to work together and serve you better. I have prepared this list containing specific situations and cases to which we hope we can support to find reasonable solutions. One of these cases (which was extremely embarrassing for me personally) was that of an American judge, retired in Mexico for more than six years and who, for lack of proper communication or information, has just been ordered to leave the country in ten days. Sadly already gone. Examples of conflict (not necessarily from both parties): Conflicts of identity theft that the client can not verify and correct Implementation of regulations are being imposed before being approved, implemented, printed or published on the Internet Lack of communication between public agencies and professional managers in charge of leading and serving the public which facilitates their work and establishing better relations between the two cultures Actions taken, deemed or perceived as arbitrary omit explanation or clarification Statements and decisions that have seriously affected the lives and entire families pocket Unsubstantiated allegations or evidence in writing testable. In democratic countries (like ours), is supposed to practice the public's right to obtain information on which is based the denial of entry or stay in our countries, especially when it comes to such serious allegations affecting the accuracy, completeness professional staff and a person which may be based on information that may have been incorrectly entered on the "Databases." Failure to provide the customer the right or the opportunity to check and correct such information affected the verdict of their entry or stay in our country is perceived as unfair How to improve communication and information provided on the websites that sometimes the links do not even work How to improve "Public Relations" with "our clients" How to improve our areas of oral and written information in English and Spanish as they are the main languages ??used in Mexico Our intentions to ask these hearings are truly for the purpose of working together with their offices to facilitate an environment of harmony with our clients, the general public and ultimately the countries we serve. As a "Warden" (voluntary representative of the American community in Guanajuato Capital to the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City), and my desire to serve both communities, I sincerely thank the attention being paid to serve the present. We will be awaiting your kind response as soon as possible because these situations are time sensitive and deserves our brief attention. |
