Mickey, I believe you mean Notario as in Notarios Publicos [see section 1.2 on Mexico]*
If you do mean "Notary" as it is used in the US then your only option -within Mexico- is at a US Consulate and fees will apply. *for a good ref in the English language you can find it here |
