First of all, I want to say thank you to all of those who stopped by today. For those of you who missed out, my idea is to make meatballs the meal of the day every tuesday, so you will get a second chance.
Now, if you like meatballs you will be thrilled by tomorrow's (wednesday's) dish; the "kalops". This dish is what some would call "slow food" and requires hours in the skillet for preparation, so the number of portions I plan for is all that there will be tomorrow. Make sure to stop by early to get your share. Oh, I just tried the pickled beet roots and they turned out terrific! Hoping to see you tomorrow!
